Submission Guidelines

Everything you need to know to submit your paper to ICFAI 2025 from eligibility and formatting to review timelines and publication.

Paper Preparation

To ensure consistency and quality, please follow these guidelines when preparing your submission:
  • Formatting: All papers must be prepared in APA style.
  • Double-Blind Review: Do not include authors’ names, affiliations, or any identifying information in the initial submission.
  • Originality: Submissions must be original work and must not have been published or submitted elsewhere.
  • Abstracts: Maximum 800 words, single-spaced, using 12-point Times New Roman font.
  • Full Paper Submission: Limit to a maximum of 10,000 words, including the abstract, references, tables, figures, and appendices (single-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman font).
  • Word Limit Compliance: Ensure your full paper (including all sections and appendices) does not exceed 10,000 words.

Review and Notification

Please ensure you check your email regularly for updates regarding your submission.
  • Notification Date: Authors will be informed of the acceptance or rejection of their submission by October 18, 2025.
  • Follow-Up: If you have not received a notification by October 19, 2025, please contact us immediately at info@ctiarconferences.ca.

Submission Process

  • Submission Method: Submit your abstract or full paper in PDF format using the online submission form available on our website.
  • Submission Deadline: All submissions must be completed by September 18, 2025.
  • Submission Limit: Each participant may submit a maximum of two papers. Submitting more than two may result in the rejection of all submissions.

Revisions

In rare cases, authors may be asked to make revisions to their manuscripts or abstracts. Revised submissions must be uploaded through our online submission system by November 2nd, 2025. Final notifications for revised papers will be sent by November 10th, 2025.

Presentation Format

Each accepted paper will be allotted:
  • 15 minutes for presentation
  • 10 minutes for discussion
  • 5 minutes for Q&A
Session chairs may adjust timing as necessary to ensure smooth scheduling.

Upon final acceptance, participants must complete the registration process as outlined on the conference registration page.
